Choose a Jank Rare to build the deck around. This should be your primary win condition. Dubby's deck is a perfect example -- if his Quest for Ula's Temple doesn't go off, his mana base won't support him playing any of the ridiculous creatures in his deck. Rules for your Jank Rare are easy - It has to cost less than $1 on StarCityGames.com and has to be Standard legal.The rest of the deck will also be Standard legal, including the new Rise of the Eldrazi set. The worse the rare, the better.
Other guidelines for building -- do not build a Jund deck and add four Bloohall Oozes. Build around your card! You can use other staples of standard like Lightning Bolt or Terminate, but again, don't build for Capricious Efreet and Banefire for the win 4 out of 5 games.

JDubbs has already built Quest for Ula's Temple, obviously. CBomb has the option of running with his Kor deck, which is built around Armament Master (and Stoneforge Mystic, but we might be able to overlook that since he'll have his hands full with pregnant wife/new daughter.) My deck will be built around a card I've always thought was cool, but too expensive:
